Something that noone ever talks about when it comes to improvement is that we all have different limits to what our bodies can do. It's up to each person to define those limits. Sometimes when someone is yelling at you to try harder you are already at your limit. And, to ignore that voice in your head that says "stop, you're hurting me" can cause lots of damage. I used to mow grass professionally. Walked 8 miles a day. They pushed me so hard that I now have permanent problems with walking and standing up. Some people out there think they know everything and their lack of experience will get you hurt. These are some of the pitfalls we face when venturing into new territory and new skills. Listen to your body. Some people just were not built for hard labor. It's not always just about trying. You gotta be smart.

I have to admit, Kevin Hart was deeper and insightful than I thought he would be. Immediately after this went back to the first interview which was amazing also and I am listening to his audiobook.
